welcome
Bear River, in Nova Scotia Canada, is a unique tidal river village.
I welcome you here to Riverstones Studio.
Overlooking this ancient river valley, I continue to create exciting new artwork in a variety of mediums and sizes. Take a look and find something just for you.
I've made my living as an artist since 1974; painting in watercolours, acrylics, latex, oils, pastels, inks, and pencil, as well as using alternative photographic methods and collages to create mixed media. A lifelong explorer, my imagery and mediums change along with time and tide.
My years of theatre set painting has embedded a sense of monumentality in my work. Minimalism and clarity is my stylistic moniker.
